Inception

While many of us have been trying to decipher the plot of Chris Nolan’s Inception, few fine points about the approaching sci-fi/thriller have actually come to beam. Besides the fact that this is a movie “from the director of The Dark Knight” with Leonardo DiCaprio in the starring role, people hardly know what to expect. Not even the teaser clip helped us all that much. During a range of press visits and interviews with the cast and director, a few Inception details have started to tip out over the last few months; now we’re amassing them here to share.

In an upcoming issue of Empire Magazine, Chris Nolan talks about that he was only 16 when he came up with the impression of the concept for Inception. Leonardo DiCaprio recently told the website movies.ie that Inception will have a two-hour runtime. The Playlist has tinted a new quote from Nolan, which confirms a private report broken last summer by In Contention regarding Inception’s plot.

Meanwhile Inception is all about, dealing with levels of reality, and perceptions of reality which is something I’m very interested in. Inception is a contemporary sci-fi action set within the architecture of the mind which is set to be released in both conventional and IMAX theaters on July 16, 2010. All that and more!
