Despicable Me 2010

Despicable Me is an interesting 3D-animated film coming out July 9, 2010, featuring the voice of Steve Carell. An all-star cast voiced this film: Steve Carell, Jason Segel, Russell Brand, Will Arnett, Kristen Wiig, Danny McBride, Miranda Cosgrove, Jack McBrayer, Mindy Kaling, Jemaine Clement, and Julie Andrews. Directed by Pierre Coffin, Chris Rennaud, and Sergio Pablos.

In a nice little neighborhood sits an ugly black house, where lives Gru (Steve Carell). He is a wicked, wicked man who loves anything evil and is currently working on an evil plot to steal the moon. Then he gets a bit derailed when he meets three little orphan girls who want him to be their dad.

The plot of Despicable Me appears to be substantive, and the look of it very pleasing to the eye. The humor should appeal to just about anyone. It is rated PG though, for some rude humor.
